Intandem aim to make uniform and corporate wardrobe management as easy and cost effective as possible and we believe we have developed a unique and robust way to ensure this is achieved.
Uniforms and apparel is a core of our operations, one of our main strengths and expertise is in designing and supplying a large quality range of uniforms, corporate wardrobe, apparel and workwear. Our business has been developed and structured around this core skill-set and competency.
There are seven main keystone components to our Uniforms business. These ensure we can provide an unparalleled range, quality and service. We believe we have to be able to offer clients the highest quality product at the best possible price. It is on that basis that we have developed these six core components to meet and exceed our client requirements.
1. Extensive Standard Range
We have an extensive Standard Range of Uniforms, Apparel and Workwear. Our large range has been developed to enable us to meet the majority of needs for the majority of clients. Arguably, our Standard Range is one of the largest available in Australia. Our full product range includes:

Our uniform and corporate wardrobe range is of the highest quality and meets all Australian standards and naturally our safety garments and equipment strictly comply with all relevant safety standards.
Clients can choose any items across this range that will meet their needs and have delivery straight off the shelf. Our Standard Range comes in a wide variety of fabrics, colours and styles. In some of our more popular items, such as Polo Shirts, our standard range come in up to 16 different colours and contrast colours.

2. Tailored Range
Intandem is able to offer total design and customisation for all uniform requirements. Our Tailored Range is one of our differentiators and has helped enable us to win and retain some significant clients. While our Standard Range may take care of the majority of situations, we believe a complete quality service requires the best personal design and tailoring of uniforms for clients with specific requirements. This can range from a slight modification (style, colour of fabric) to a totally personally designed uniforms to meet clients specific requirements whether it be brand integrity, budget, or work conditions.
Our designers and tailors will work with a client to develop their own personal Uniform range. We make this is a very simple process.
3. Our Manufacturing Quality & Cost Effectiveness
Because Intandem produce an extremely large and wide range of uniform, apparel and workwear, we have established a small select number of accredited, contracted manufacturers who we have worked with us for several years, some for over 11 years. Our manufacturing operations are based in Melbourne as well as having operations offshore, particularly China. We also work directly with a number of select manufacturers in China and we import directly from them ensuring quality items are produced at extremely competitive prices. We have our own agents based in China, who work directly with these manufacturers and checks and approves all garments in the factory during each phase of the manufacturing process.
4. Online Ordering and Distribution
Intandem is are able to offer clients one of the most sophisticated online ordering systems underpinned by technology that is flexible and customer specific. Our on-line system means that client staff can go on-line and view the uniform range appropriate for their division, and order their uniform items, with a click of a button. Orders are instantly received and the warehouse packs to the order. All stock is automatically adjusted with each individual order, instantly adjusting stock on hand for each individual uniform item in real time.

5. In-House Designers
Intandem has several permanent in-house graphic designers. As stated in our Tailored ange section, we are able to work with clients to modify or fully design a range of uniforms and apparel that will meet their exact needs.
Combine this with the quality product development and sampling process, and our clients are assured a range that meets all their specifications with the peace of mind of quality product.
6. Personalisation
Over 98% of our Uniforms and Apparel are personalised for our clients. Our graphic designers can recreate or develop virtually any design and ensure it will stand out and create maximum impact, as well as accurately represent your logo, brand and graphic standard requirements.
We do not provide just a standard way of personalising garments; rather we have a range of styles, typefaces, and techniques to ensure your uniforms will be perfect for your requirements.
Personalisation may include company or division logos, monograms, names, job title, employee name; whatever it is you require. We use a range of different printing, mbroidery, heat seals or label techniques, whatever is appropriate for the fabric, costs, etc.
Our personalisation is undertaken either in China at the time of production (for larger orders or Tailored Items) or in Melbourne using a number of our contracted, accredited printers and embroiderers.
7. Tailoring & Repair Services
We are able to offer a tailoring and repair service nationally for any ongoing repairs and maintenance that your uniforms may require. This also means that if specific tailoring is required on garments we are able to provide this full tailoring service.
