Intnadem can provide one of the most sophisticated integrated online ordering and distribution systems currently available in Australia, underpinned by technology that is flexible and customer specific. This system was one of the reasons Intandem was succesful in winning the tender for the Prime Minister & Cabinet contract, providing all gifts for Ministers, Governor General, etc, all via our leading edge on-line ordering and distribution system.
We are able to supply nationally and internationally, with simple ease and efficiency. All orders can be received on-line, or if required, by phone or fax, and dispatched same day. This provides great speed of service, flexibility and transparency.
Our on-line system means authorized client staff can go on-line and view the full range of product available and order all products with a click of a button. Orders are instantly received and the warehouse packs to the order. All stock is automatically adjusted with each individual order, instantly adjusting stock on hand in real time. We are also able to set "caps" or limits of spend by either dollar value or by type of item so budget management is fully automated.
Trigger ordering is also part of the system, with the system automatically generating a repeat order fulfillment advice so that Intandem can purchase the required stock item/s with the maximum lead time to ensure the most cost effective purchasing. Usage patterns including sizing, item type, average use, seasonality is all reviewed to ensure the ultimate efficient ordering system is achieved for each client.
The financial system will enable all items to be charged to specific client Divisions, by Department, by State, by day, by week, by month as well as provide Divisional and Group summaries. A large number of standard reports exist and clients can simply choose a range of reporting to meet their requirements, or additional reports can be specifically developed.
This advanced financial reporting will ensure that while a client may operate a number of diverse Divisions, in multiple Country or State locations, it can measure, track and report, via an electronic paperless system, all costs for all of their branded products supplied by Intandem.
The distribution options we are able to provide clients are endless. This not only means we are able to tailor a specific option for each client, it also means that as they grow, diversify and expand, they will not be restricted in any way by their logistic and supply chain management.
